"Farewell to Summer" - an informal concert by Concordia, a small hand-picked group of singers directed by Alison Phillips, Director of Music at St Mary's. Programme will include madrigals, part-songs by Finzi and Elgar, works by Britten, Whitacre and Gjeilo, and Brahms' beautiful Gipsy Songs with spectacular piano accompaniments played by John Gough.
